SOMATIC MINDFULNESS SESSION, Mental Health Support (50-60 mins). “Somatic” means body and “mindfulness” means present moment awareness with compassion/without judgment. As in therapy, you will be seated comfortably. A Somatic Mindfulness session is a supportive, 1:1 facilitation where Jean helps you safely and gently explore what is most present in your body, mind, and thoughts. Sessions include gentle breathing and calming techniques you can practice in your daily life, followed by a somatic inquiry on a topic of your choosing—and time for closure and next steps. ~You will learn skills to keep one foot in the present as you explore what is arising in your body and mind in a container of safety and presence. Clients have experienced new levels of insight, inner shifts, and ease, all with take-home tools to use in their daily lives.
Certified Somatic Mindfulness Coach (Stillpoint Method) with extensive training in energy healing, education (M.S.), psychology, yoga, Vagus Nerve Yoga, meditation, and the performing arts.

SELF-CARE SESSION (50-60 mins). Self-care is not a buzzword, it is a necessity! I use my training in yoga, somatic mindfulness, nutrition, and homeopathy in this teacher-led, guided exploration of several techniques for regulating the nervous system and bringing greater ease, strength and relaxation to your mind, body, and spirit. A typical 50-60 minute class guides you through an opening talk, self-regulation techniques, grounding strategies, breathing exercises, a brief meditation, gentle streches, and a relaxation. Clients have experienced new levels of insight, comfort, tools, and awareness.
475-hour Certified Yoga Teacher with training in Somatic Mindfulness, Meditation, Vagus Nerve Yoga, and Education.
Private session: $95 (packages and tiered rates available). Small group classes: $105 total.

ACTING TEACHING & COACHING (50-60 mins): Drawing from my extensive training and experience, including work with Broadway teams and a solo show at The Green Room 42, I offer inspiring, uplifting, insight-based acting coaching. Learn new skills and techniques to explore your character and acting instrument—and feel more connected and motivated during auditions and performances so you can tell the story of the scene! I help people UNFOLD as actors.

I learned the power of homeopathy when caring for my rescue dog who had gotten ill before his time and was not responding well to the medicines he was receiving. I found a holistic Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (vet) who practiced homeopathy. Adding homeopathic remedies to my dog’s routine veterinary care—and addressing his nutrition and “happiness protocols”— helped give him 5 more years of vitality and enjoyment. He lived to the age of 16! (Did you know that sniffing outside is dog’s form of pranayama (dog breathing practice)—and helps them to feel happier?) I now have 6 years of experience with homeopathy and am enrolled in a 3 year professional training program so that I can offer comprehensive homeopathic care to others.
